ECOGAS GAS LEAK DETECTOR “S6” SERIES
The recently developed Chlorine gas detection system of ECOVIZ Kft has been made for perfection. Many unical features are built in this smart box. It was planned on the basis of the “Safety First” principle, the unit is made from the toughest materials and meets the strictest standards and requirements even in the roughest and most caustic environmental conditions. Ideal solution for the detailled airspace monitoring in water treatment plants, swimming pools or in the chemical industry.
DESIGN
The new ECOGAS 6S gas detectors, manufactured since 2018 are similar to the conventional ECOGAS 1S and 2S units of ECOVIZ KFT , but they are equipped with a programmable display with PPM (Part per million) counter screen.
The operator can get information from the place of the gas leakage /1-6 rooms/ and the amount of the leakage /PPM value/ at the moment when checking the central unit display, in case of a warning signal.
the unit can be configurated with a ECOGAS software program. The units are factory-set in Hungary , the software is the propriety of the Ecoviz Kft and not part of the system.
During the configuration we adjust the sensor limits in each sensors from 1 up to 6.
The Sensitivity Value can be adjusted by the operators between 0-2,5 ppm by the help of the internal pushbutton and trimmer.
CHLORINE SENSOR
ECOGAS Gas leak detector is equipped with amperometric, 3 electrode Sensoric sensor cell, wilt low susceptibility to abrupt changes of humidity and high poison resistance. The function of the sensor is to transform the chemical signal into an electric signal while chlorine gas presence in the monitored area.
Sensitivity: 0-10 ppm
Depending on the number of rooms to be monitored, ECOGAS S6 Gas leak detectors can be equipped up to 6 sensors.
ALARMBOX
ALARMBOX unit was developed directly for ECOGAS device, in order to signalise the gas presence with Visual and Audible effects. (Flashing light, Sirens) In case of an emer gency situation a contact signal is going to be emitted by ECOGAS device towards Alarmbox , switching a 4pcs – interfaced relay. From the 4 pcs relay contacts, one is used for controlling the Siren, the second one is for Light control. The two remaining relay contact can be used for transferring the warening data to PC and for starting a Safety Fan, which reduces the life threat of the service staff
MODEL SELECTION
Depending on the number of the rooms, up to 6 pcs (Six pieces) detectors can be attached to the unit. The operators can check each PPM values by the help of the information screen and pushbuttons. ECOGAS equipments can be applicated for detecting various other gases such as : Methane (CH4) Chlorine dioxyde (CIO2), Sulphur dioxyde (SO2), Ammonia (NH4), Hydrogene (H2) and Ozone (O3)
